What shipping methods are available?

Chronopost (international)

Can I pick up my orders?

Yes. Pick-ups are offered to shoppers in the Geneva/Vaud area. At checkout, enter your shipping address and select "local pickup" as the shipping method. An email will be sent to you once your order has been processed to set up a time for pick-up. You can also make an appointment with our team via email (info@lanxel.com).

Which areas do you ship to?

We ship throughout Europe and welcome international orders. Some restrictions may apply. Please drop us a mail with your request.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to you with a tracking number. You can track your package by clicking on the number or enter the number on carrier's website.

How are charges calculated?

Our shipping and handling charge is compensation for costs related to processing your order, including the handling, packaging, and delivery of the products you have purchased. Shipping cost is based on a product's weight and delivery destination.



How long will my order take?

All in-stock orders are processed within 24-48 hours of receiving the order and are shipped the next business day. Refer to shipping method for shipping time.

How do I return merchandise for a refund?

Your satisfaction with our product is important to us. We offer a 100% refund on stock products should you not be happy with your purchase. Please e-mail us info@lanxel.com, and one of our representatives will provide assistance. We take great care packing our products to avoid damage. However, should you receive a defect product, please just take a picture of the damage and send it to us with a description and we will replace the product. In most cases, you will not have to return the damaged goods. If we have sent you a product in error, you can keep it and we will send you the correct one.

Stock product guarantee

If you are not 100% satisfied with our product, just return it within 7 days for a product refund, credit or replacement of the product, not including shipping and handling. All product must be in its original and re-sellable condition.
