Placing an order through our web shop is easy and secure. We would love to hear from you. Payments are effected by using Strip. When you place an order the items will be reserved for you automatically and will be dispatched as soon as payment is cleared. Your credit card details will not be stored in our database.
All our prices are displayed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include Swiss VAT (V.T.A/Mehrwertsteuer). Prices are subject to change at any time.
Deliveries In & Outside Switzerland
We ship worldwide using postal service. Should you wish to use any other services such as UPS or DHL, additional costs are incurred and will be paid by you.
What shipping methods are available?
· La Poste Swiss (Switzerland) 3-5 business days depending on distance (including process time)
· Chronopost (International) 5-20 business days depending on distance (including processing time)
*business day: Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping abroad may incur additional fees for customs or import duties which will be borne by the buyer.
Free Delivery is available for any order to Geneva, Vaud and surrendering France (less than 20 km from Geneva). You will be asked to pay for the delivery when you pay for your order and then receive a refund of Chf 9.00 from our accounts departments.
Most orders will ship within 2-4 business days. There are occasions when it may take a few extra days due to high quantity orders, holiday seasons or stock situation. In this case you will be notified by email.
Can I pick my orders up?
Yes. You can see our list of retail outlet here. You can also pick your order up from our workshop in Versoix, Geneva. Please let us know in the comment box, when you place your order that you wish to pick up, with you suggested date/time. You will be charged the applicable postage fee on your online order. Our systems does not allow us to avoid the postage fee but our accounts department will refund you as soon as you order has been handled.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to you with a tracking number. You can track your package by clicking on the number or enter the number on carrier's website.
How do I return merchandise for a refund?
Your satisfaction with our product is important to us. We offer a 100% refund on all our products should you not be happy with your purchase. Just return the product(s) within 7 working days for a full refund, credit note or a product replacement, not including shipping and handling. All product must be in its original and re-sellable condition.
Damaged Goods & Refunds
We take great care packing our products to avoid any damage in transit. However, if your goods are damaged during transit you should contact notify your local post office ans let them assess the package for you. LANXEL will not assume any responsibility once the goods have left our premises.
